The added length allows Majestic Niagara Shake to be installed up to a 10" exposure, while maintaining a minimum of 2" headlap throughout. An additional 9" exposure option allows for the creation of unique looks including using a staggered installation. The Niagara design consumes less raw material, reduces roof load and lowers installation labor by 15%. Unlike other synthetic shake, Majestic Niagara Shake is manufactured from 80% post-industrial recycled materials.
