Union offers a wide variety of painted and unpainted aluminum roofing drip edges suitable for a roof that encounters a broad range of weather conditions. In general, areas with snow and ice or high winds use aluminum roofing drip edges with larger decks and thicker metal. Aluminum drip edges are light and corrosion resistant, but not as strong as galvanized steel roofing drip edges.
