WeatherBond's pre-assembled ASAP (Assembled Screw And Plate) Insulation Fasteners consist of a standard #12 Insulation fastener with a round metal insulation plate or plastic locking insulation plate. ASAP Insulation Fasteners are used to attach insulation to wood (minimum 15/32" (12 mm) CDX plywood) or steel decks (22-gauge (0.76 mm) or heavier). ASAP fasteners boost productivity by greatly reducing installation time when compared to loose fasteners and plates.
