Include the city and postal or ZIP code, or a delivery address if available. Coverage depends on the location and the materials being requested; do not assume that a catalog listing can be supplied to every address.
Tell us about the delivery site
Include vehicle-access restrictions, unloading requirements, preferred delivery timing, and whether the project needs a single shipment or staged deliveries. Confirm these arrangements before committing to a delivery date.
Include quantities and units
List whether the quantities are bundles, sheets, rolls, pieces, cases, or pallets. For items sold by coverage, check the manufacturer’s stated coverage for the exact product and packaging.
Pricing and availability need confirmation
Online requests are inquiries. Product selection, pricing, stock, transport arrangements, and any delivery charges must be confirmed before an order is placed.
